Springfield-Washington County Commerce Center

The Springfield-Washington County Commerce Center is a 316 acre industrial park, and home to a variety of industry, education and community services, including: INOAC, Innovative Tooling Solutions, Michter’s, Potter Jane Distilling Company, Dust and Flour, Bear Creek Fencing, Elizabethtown Community and Technical College and The Washington County Cooperative Extension Office. A 40 acre tract with a 100,000 square foot build ready pad is available for development.
Lincoln Business Park
The Lincoln Business Park is taking shape, as the Washington County EMS facility is completed and fully operational, shown below in the areas of buildings A and B. In August of 2026, the road and utilities are slated to be completed, rendering the remaining 17 acres ready for development.

150 Business Park

SWEDA acquired a 32 acre site along Mackville Rd in Springfield in 2023. After much planning, due diligence studies, and the acquisition of an additional 28 acres adjacent to the site along US 150 in 2026, the 150 Business Park has begun to take shape. This is a mixed use commercial and industrial development, with lots customizable to the needs of user, ranging in size from 1 to 60 acres.
