INOAC Group North America would like to fill an opening for a Maintenance Position. This opening will be on 3rd Shift
Qualifications:
1. Ability to read and comprehend equipment manuals and schematics.
2. Ability to read and write clearly to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and vendors.
3. Understanding and demonstrated ability to apply troubleshooting techniques.
4. Industrial Maintenance Degree and/or equivalent experience.
Job Description:
1. Installation, modification and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production requirements.
2. Troubleshoot using a working knowledge of programmable controllers, electronics and circuit analysis.
3. Troubleshoot using a working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
4. Welding and fabrication as necessary for repairs and / or projects.
5. Installation and replacement of motors, pumps, bearings and seals.
6. Capability to utilize and read measuring devices.
7. Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
8. Repair and maintain buildings (plant 1, plant 2) and property.
Requirements:
1. Must be safety oriented and display safe work practices at all times.
2. Must participate in continuous improvement teams and activities.
3. Must perform preventative maintenance at scheduled intervals.
4. Must practice excellent housekeeping skills.
5. Must be self-motivated able to work without close supervision.
6. Must clearly communicate equipment status during shift changes.
7. Must be willing to work overtime with little or no notice including weekends.
8. Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy objects safely.
9. Must have a good attendance record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $31.00 per hour
