HQI (located in Springfield, Ky) is seeking a

WAREHOUSE FACILITATOR
Qualifications
•Warehouse experience required
•Ability to learn and use proprietary software, general computer skills
•Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions
•Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational
skills, flexibility required, excellent with numbers, time management, and ability to execute are required
• Willingness to work the required schedule, complete an HQI,LLC employment application, submit to a
background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening
required
• Ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg
Responsibilities
•Implements and maintains a system to monitor and track all inventory of machines in the warehouse
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (loads and unloads trailers as well as move inventory around)
• Properly label all incoming inventory with key identifiers such as serial number, machine type, etc.
• Maintain accurate inventory that identifies locations of machines at all times
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Reads work schedules and work orders/ shipping orders to determine machines to be moved or gathered
• Work closely with facility supervisor to ensure expectations are met
• Communicate with all levels of staff
